MENTOR EDUCATION SESSION - ENI TEAM

Term Typically, 6 months to 1 year, renewable based on performance and leadership needs.

EDUCATION SESSION

1. Be Consistent and Committed

  • Attend every bi-weekly meeting — consistency builds trust and visibility.
  • Arrive early, stay engaged, and participate actively in all section activities.
  • Remember: “More Meeting – More Trust = More Profitability.”

2. Build Strong Relationships

  • Schedule regular 1-2-1 meetings with other members.
  • Use these meetings to understand their business, not just promote yours.
  • The stronger the relationship, the more referrals you’ll receive.

3. Give Quality Referrals

  • Be proactive in finding business opportunities for others.
  • The more you give, the more other members will want to help you.
  • Always follow up on referrals you give and receive.

4. Craft an Effective Weekly Presentation

  • Your 60-second presentation should be clear, specific, and easy to remember.
  • Focus on one product/service and who your ideal client is.

5. Leverage Your Power Presentation

  • Use your 8-minute presentation to educate members about your expertise.
  • Show real results — use success stories or client case studies.
  • End with a clear “ask” (who you want to be connected to).

6. Participate in Training & Leadership Roles

  • Attend ENI trainings (like Business Growth, Networking sessions).
  • Take up roles such as Mentor, Visitor In charge, or President — leadership increases visibility and credibility.

7. Track and Measure Your Results

  • Use MY ENI to record 121 meetings, referrals, and attendance.
  • Review your stats monthly to see what’s working and where you can improve.

8. Promote Your Section

  • Invite quality visitors — more visitors mean more opportunities.
  • Share your positive ENI experience on social media or among your business circle.

9. Be Patient and Consistent

  • ENI is a long-term relationship-based system, not a quick sales or networking tool.
  • Trust grows over time — members refer when they believe in you.
