Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Entrepreneur Network of India (ENI) website, mobile app, and membership. By registering as a member or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership. Membership is open to business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals who register through the ENI mobile app, join a city chapter, and complete the applicable membership package. ENI reserves the right to accept or decline any membership application at its discretion.

2. Chapter Meetings. Members are expected to attend their chapter's structured meetings regularly and to conduct themselves professionally with fellow members, in accordance with the chapter's code of conduct.

3. Referrals & Conduct. Referrals exchanged between members are offered in good faith. ENI is a networking platform and does not guarantee any business outcome, revenue, or result from membership or referrals given or received.

4. Membership Fees. Membership fees are payable as per the package selected at the time of registration. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. Code of Conduct. Members must not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading business practices while representing themselves as an ENI member. ENI reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property. The ENI name, logo, and platform content are the property of Entrepreneur Network of India and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability. ENI, its founders and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or membership.

8. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

9. Changes to Terms. ENI may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
